1. Self-Balancing Inverted Pendulum Robot

Two-Wheel Self-Balancing Robot

Uses an Arduino Nano, MPU-6050 6-axis gyroscope/accelerometer, and A4988 stepper motor drivers (or L298N DC drivers). Calculates tilt angle with a complementary filter and applies a high-frequency PID control loop at 100 Hz.

Components: Arduino Nano, MPU-6050, 2x NEMA 17 Stepper Motors, 2x A4988 Drivers, 11.1V LiPo Battery.

2. Biomechanical Robotic Hands & Grippers

Flex-Sensor Controlled Bionic Arm

A teleoperated prosthetic hand wearing a sensory glove. Five 2.2" flex sensors measure individual finger flexion, translating resistance changes via analog read pins into servo angles that control nylon tendon strings.

Components: Arduino Uno, 5x Spectra Symbol Flex Sensors, 5x MG996R Servos, 3D Printed Hand STL.

3. Autonomous Navigation & Rover Builds

LiDAR Maze-Solving Rover

Mobile differential drive robot equipped with a 360° RPLiDAR A1 and ultrasonic rangefinders. Runs a wall-following and flood-fill maze algorithm to navigate unmapped labyrinths autonomously.

8-Servo Spider Hexapod / Quadruped

A compact walking robot driven by an Arduino Pro Mini and PCA9685 16-channel I2C PWM servo driver. Features pre-programmed crawling, turning, and waving gaits.
